TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR Gateway Casinos Woodstock GAMING SERVICES

INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Wer Gaming Services, including but not limited to gaming activities, wagering, promotions, and related amenities (collectively, "Gaming Services"). By using any Gaming Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Gaming Services.

RESOLVING COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING

SECURITY AND FAIR PLAY
(a) Our Gaming Services are conducted under the highest security standards, with SSL encryption in place to protect data transmission.(b) Independent labs (e.g., iTech Labs, eCOGRA) test our games for fairness.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights related to Wer Gaming Services remain solely owned by us or our affiliates.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.(a) Changes will become effective upon posting on our website, unless otherwise specified.(b) Continued use of Gaming Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of such updated terms and conditions.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

ACCEPTANCE AND APPROVAL BY PROVINCIAL AUTHORITIES
Wer Gaming Services is authorized by the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation as a licensed gaming operator under applicable laws and regulations.
FINAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms of Service are the final expression of our agreement regarding Wer Gaming Services, including all aspects relating to it.(a) By accessing or using any part of the Gaming Services, you acknowledge that these updated terms and conditions supersede all prior agreements between us.(b) These Terms remain effective for as long as you use our services.
